Service Description

To illuminate means to light up. What kind of life lights you up? What does your ideal life look like?

 More importantly, what does it feel like? And who do you have to become in order live that life? 
This version of you already exists within you.
 My job is to help you uncover this version of you and help you heal the parts of you that are blocking you from living that version of you. Our biggest blocks are our deepest wounds. In our work together, I help you…

These tools help us access the body, retrieve the core wound, and start working to repair that wound. This is a deeply healing journey. In our time together, my intention for you is to feel safe, seen, and held as we dive deep into healing and embodying your Highest Self. Once you do this level of inner work, your external world shifts very quickly and with much more flow. You start to become more aware of when you're living life from the hustle and force energy and can quickly shift your energy back into alignment using the embodiment tools you've learned works for you. You then start making decisions from this heart-centered, surrendered, trusting way of living. You have new energy, new confidence, new clarity and so much more joy in all aspects of your life. It takes a special kind of person to go against the “normal” way of life filled with complacency and dive into a more flow-filled, joy-filled way of living. This 1:1 container is an investment in your personal growth and mental, emotional, and energetic wellness. It is 3-6 months of high-level, deeply-transformational work.
