Embody you is for the heart-centered woman who desires to experience more freedom and fulfillment in her life. She's sick of letting her mind and her emotions tell her what she can and can't do. She's ready to dig even deeper, feel the fear, and step into the version of herself that is living her dream life right now. But she often judges and shames herself for not being "further along".
